well, yes but since alcohol is a depressant and more or less puts a person to sleep. the erection may well be one of those nocturnal erections instead of one from being horny. then again if it is a 'i am horny' type, it probably won't last long since the alcohol is liable to depress him and it.
So, if you want to get a guy on alcohol erect you need to do it early on before he gets drunk.

I know how we can satisfy this question. You go buy a bottle of scotch, which I will drink until drunk, then bend you over. Unless you are an ugly cow we should get positive results.
