Well i hope that you are tapering it off, other wise you are going to have side effect, and it can make your condition up to 3-4 worse, for what you are taking it for, you should be tapering it down a dose every 3-4 days, to be safe. Now once you are done getting off of it , it may take a few weeks for it to be out of your system, it really depends on how long you have been taking it. And how much you have been taking. I hope you have talked with your doctor about this before doing it, cause it can be a real problem if you do not do this right, plus he needs to know that you are allergy to it. Please do it the safe way , and taper it .

Ideally Wellbutrin should be weaned, rather than stopped abruptly, because you may experience bothersome side-effects. Since the ingredients in Wellbutrin have quite a long half-life, it probably won't be completely out of your system for at least a week, probably a bit longer. Drink lots of fluids in the meantimel

i didn 't look up the half-life of buspirone, but I know that it will be out of the systerm in a few days. That's not the most important consideration. Are you stong enough to try to stop? I asume it's under supervision (or it's just your ego acting.) Have you changed or will you be the same person --not being happy-- when you come off it; and now some time has passed. Drugs are so much more than chemicals. And so much more can be done.

The drug would be out of your system in 48 hours or less, but it would take a week for you to really get over any withdrawl effect. Wellbutrin is a mild stimulant, so you may have less energy now. I suggest walking everyday to compensate.
