I love yours and the one from Sebiscuit is always amazing. :D Some of my favorites: "The wind of heaven is that which blows between horses ears." “Riding a horse is not a gentle hobby, to be picked up and laid down like a game of Solitaire. It is a grand passion.” -Emerson. and I think that the Churchill quote you may be thinking of is either "There's something about the outside of a horse that's good for the inside of a man." or maybe "No hour of life is wasted when spent in the saddle."
