My vet reccomends either Roudybush or Harrisons.

Exact, Zupreem, Roudybush, Lots of others....
I personally use a mix of Exact and Zupreem...
You need to get one that is for your kind of bird. For Example, there are different sizes of pellets for different sized birds. Some have "add ins" of nuts and seeds and you may not want that. I don't use the seeds everyday. I use them as treats and rewards while training. I get her pellets at our local pet store. If you are not sure ask someone there.

I used Exacta with some seed. Use the seed as a treat when pellets are eaten for the day or just occasionally. If they are already used to seed, slowly mix it down till they have less seed. However, I bought one size smaller than recommended. They ate more of each pellet. I got Budgie size for my Tiels and finch for the Budgies.

I use Forti-diet seeds mixed with Exact pellets.

kaytee, but make sure you back that up with vitamins EVERYDAY. Also make sure you offer your bird fruits, vegetables and other healthy foods to complement the pellets. They need a well-balanced diet just like humans.

I use the brand name exact for my bird he loves it just DONT USE SEED ITS NOT GOOD FOT THEIR LIVERS!!!
