Ok well since I'm a girl, I would deffinetly know the answer to this!!
Maybe the girl likes you. When a girl teases someone or hurts them alot, it means she has feelings for you. Either that or, maybe the girl is tuff and holds a grudge agenst you. Think back for a second. have you ever done anything bad to her to make her do this?
Be straight up with her and ask her why she always does this. Sometimes you won't like the answer your gonna get.

Who knows? Are you doing something to her? I remember in school, there was a girl who used to sneak up to me and would do that. So I started doing it to her.......then she finally quit.
