I guess my point is we all have faults, but we can change them and we aren't grounded to a life of sin, even though sin is a natural part of human behavior, we can change and better ourselves for the future, enhancing our relationship with God.

Ok, Father here's my confession, I have been :

B. judgemental
C. racist
F. homophobic (can't help it, gays creep me out ever since I was whistled at in San Francisco and a guy tried making out with me, and lesbians are worse because I can't live with the idea of a girl repulsing me just because I have de dick, rather than for better reasons)
G. liar (as little as I can, but it happens)
K. hypocritical (actually, I rationalize that as being diplomatic, as much as I can be)

and I may have committed the following, but don't regard this as a sin or failing :

D. disrespectful (Respect is earned, not a due, and I give it only to the deserving)
H. thief (It's been long ago, I was young and silly, I claim forgiveness by reason of the statute of limitations and the fact I have amended myself since)
J. intolerant (If the bible prescribes not to suffer a witch to live, how will I suffer fools from inflicting themselves on the world?)

I know I am a sinner, but not all of these things are sins. Since when is being intolerant a sin? There are some things that we should not accept, especially if it goes against God's will. I'll speak out against it and if it hurts someones feelings, well, hopefully they will get over it. I guess that would make me guilty of D,E,I, J and L according to some, but that's fine with me.

May God Bless you.

The real point is that God can deliver us, through forgiveness and a new life through Jesus Christ the Saviour. It's not important to list our sins. There wouldn't be enough room on the page to list them all! Thank God for forgiveness!

I agree. It is a daily decision to "live" accordingly. I put my armour on daily and try to live Romans 12:1&2 - I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Why is it you think all these things are bad?
One person's judgmental is another person's firm stand etc.
Racism, thief, liar hypocrite? Yes Bad.
Evryone has inherited a predisposition to sin.
Yet with godly training, can overcome everything on your list!
The intent of the Bible is to empower one to change, not to give people excuses not to!
