The bible clearly states the only way to heaven is Jesus Christ.(John 3:16) The term Christian which is defined "One who believes or has excepted Christ." Now, just remember you asked Christians this question, we did not bring it up. No, you have to have Christ as Savior. He died for the sins of the world, so this is an offer to ALL people, not just Christians, we just accepted the gift. Its there for you, to take. Jesus is the only God who ever died to save His people. Who else came to give eternal life, who else forgives sins and helps you to get to Heaven by what He did, not what you do.
