Theistic Satanism is asking the help of gods to help you achieve divinity [in some cases], or paying homage to gods, while worshiping yourself. The common thread is that it takes Modern Satanism, and adds a divine aspect.
Theistic Luciferianism is the worship of a being that represents freedom and rebellion, as well as social change. Man is not at all worshiped in that case.

Luciferians generally tend to believe in all gods, including the christian god and devil, they practice magick that most people would call "black". They honor Lucifer, Set, Satan, Iblis and a host of other "evil" deities. They practice techniques of Astral Vampirism,Lycanthropy and perform various Qlippothic exercises, in order to drain energy from others and enhance their spells. From what I've seen, they have an anti-transcendental philosophy, being more focused on uniting with the animal nature of man. I'm no expert on their philosophies however, not being a Luciferian myself.

unlike evil christians and weak atheists, Satanists are their own god and understand reality about the universe. Life should be lived to the fullest and be happy as it does not last forever, there are no occult beings, just the reality of nature. Study the Satanic Bible, it is the truth as far as the afterlife, there is no such thing in Satanism, it is up to each Satanist to decide for themselves as far as what to believe as that is a personal thing

"Theistic Satanist" is an oxymoron, or just plain moron, for short. Devil-worshippers in disguise. They give Satanists a bad name, hand in hand with the pseudo-Satanists.
