I just joined two weeks ago - and I have dropped 7 pounds and I am in awe of how they are teaching me how to eal with my eating patterns.
I love the meetings I think they are positive - and I Learn so much. If you have a positive attitude about weight loss - this is it!
My friends who I just found out yesterday - has been on it for the last 20 weeks and she is down 25 pounds. (she is now a size 4) - she was a 12-14. BUT in my meetings there are about 5 women who have lost around `100 pounds each (they are the BEST motivators).
I feel so corny loving it so much - but I look at food differently and realize how badly I was eating in the first place - and If I want to treat myself or go out drinking I can. I can live my life and lose weight at the same time!

I had an Aunt go on it and she was very succesful..I believe she lost like 80-100 pounds...It does work and some of the food isnt half bad...Such as the weight watchers yogurt shakes..and you can even find some of there meels at major restraunts such as Applebee's Hope this helps and good luck on your weight loss.

If you are thinking about it find someone you know that is on it and go as their guest...While there get a points counter and an activity points counter and you have what you need...I have lost a total of 65 pounds and kept it off almost a year, my aunt has also lost 87 pounds so it works and the best part is the flex points and I usually save mine for the weekend and then have whatever I want just about.
