Yes they are great drinks. Here is the recipe:
1 1/2 oz vodka
3 oz tomato juice
1 dash lemon juice
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 - 3 drops Tabasco® sauce
1 lime wedge
Shake all ingredients (except lime wedge) with ice and strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the wedge of lime and serve.
Cheers

Do you mean Mary Stuart, Queen of Scots? She had a really bad reputation for people ending up dead around her (it was a royal thing to do), so was given a really bad nickname before she was executed by her cousin, Elizabeth Tudor.

I believe it sounds like a disgusting drink, given I don't like tomato juice. =]
And I tried the bathroom mirror thing once and nothing happened...so, no.
