Some dogs, particularly young dogs used to eating several times a day, vomit during the hours preceding their regular meal. The vomitus usually looks like a frothy white or yellow fluid and is usually present in small amounts. This type of vomiting may be due to excess gastric acidity and can be controlled in several ways:
1. Feed two meal a day (morning and evening).
2. Allow free-choice feeding.
3. Administer an antacid before the time when vomiting usually occurs. This last method is the least desirable since prolonged use may stimulate even greater secretion of gastric secretions.

Give the puppy? Hello the dog is sick!!!! You don't stop the vomiting, you find out what is causing it. Symptoms come about for a reason, it means something is WRONG!!!
It may have eaten something and its stuck inside somewhere.
It may have worms, it may have parvo, vomiting can kill a puppy very quickly if left untreated.
If you aren't responsible enough to take the pup to the vet then you shouldnt have it.
What would you do if it were your 2 month old child???

take it to a vet if you are worried or the vomiting is continuous (more than he is eating or everytime you give him something to eat). At 2 months old he risks dehydration.
if it is just "one off" vomiting could be that he just ate something in the yard that he shouldn't. unfortunatley puppies are like toddlers, they will eat now think later. it is just their way of finding out what is good and what is bad. Dogs vomit, it is just a natural way for them to get rid of things that they shouldn't have in their stomachs.

You need to think about what the dog may have injested recently. If it's some type of poison, he should be taken to the vet immediately so he can throw it up.
How long ahs the dog been vomiting?
You should remove food and water at once.

If he is small and vomits a lot and it is white foamy, you need to take him to the vet and see if he has worms. If he is vomitting because he has over eaten, then take the food up after you see he has eaten .You need to call your vet anyway......

I live in Florida, and parvo is going around. Espically dogs from pet shops. Take him to the vet right away.

I would take him to the vet. There are quite of few serious diseases that can start (and cause) vomiting, especially parvo.

Puppies throw up quite a bit. Especially at 2 months. Sensitive stomachs and always havings things in their mouth. I would inquire with your vet to make sure but it may just him being "puppy".

TAKE IT TO THE VET!!!!!!! He is either very ill, or he may have injested something that, if not taken care of, could kill him. Dogs don't just throw up because they think it's fun.

Take it to the vet. It's much too young to try to do any home remedies w/out knowing what is really wrong w/it.
