Maybe not 'exactly' but it can be close. Some genetics just skip a generation, and so the traits - facial features, hair type, build, etc - skip over a generation as well. Since this genetics is accumulated in family groups, several traits may just click together every now and again.
My example is that while my son looks like his mother (my ex-) in the face, he has curly/unmanageable hair like my brother and paternal grandmother. He also looks like he'll have the same build and stature as my brother and great-grandfather.

Depends on whether the Mum, Dad, Sister and Brother all 'look' alike then a cousin might pop up looking like all four of them.

I look more like my cousin then my sister. We don't look exactly the same, but we share many similar features, and you would be able to tell that we are related. My sister on the otherhand has completely different colouring. And yes, me and my sister have the same mother and father.

My younger cousin looks very much like me and our voices even sound alike. Our mothers are sisters, so it's logical that we could resemble each other. With any close blood relative, there's always the possibility of this.

Though somewhat different, in our family there are two cousins who look very much like their fathers' younger brother! No, their father's younger brother was in a far off place when the cousins were conceived!

My mum is one of five who are all obviously brothers and sisters. When growing up she and one in particular uncle were apparently very alike. When I was 17 he lived in New York and I visited for a week - everyone assumed he was my dad - they said we were very alike. He had a son when I was 18, and if I'm out with him now, people think he's my son. Some families are very alike!

Yeah, it is. When I am with my cousin people come up to us and ask if we are brother and sister, even if my sister's standing right next to me. So yeah, you can look A LOT like a cousin.

Yes, my mum has six sisters and two brothers and I have like thirty cousins! Anyway my cousin Claire looks like my Auntie Pat (so much so Pat's daughter mistook Claire for her!), Kerry looks like my Mum and then our American cousins: Eric looks like my brother Ben and Bonnie looks like me (|I thought Bonnie was me in a photo)!

Actually that happens more than you can imagine. When my youngest sister was little, she looked exactly like our grandmother at the same age. At 60, I look a lot like my granddad when he was 60.
