i heard an ad for this workout video called turbo jam, and the results seemed amazing! they were promising 10 lbs in 10 days. now i kno they always exaggerate but i was wondering if anyone has this video and can verify if this is possible. i could change my diet if i had to, but if someone has been able to lose weight with this, how did they?

Calorie deficit is the name of the game. The workout is great, BUT you will not lose ten pounds in ten days without changing your diet as well.

Take heart, I have lost 8lbs in fifteen days doing Turbo Jam and a sensible change of eating.
