To be honest, and I'm not being nasty to you, but in order to get a job in Australia, you need to improve your English. Its difficult for anyone to get a job in Australia at the moment, even those of us born in Aust. If you speak English like you write it, then your chances of getting a job are very slim.

Roberto, my origins are of Italian heritage, Calabrese actually. Australia is one of the more difficult countries to immigrate to, unless you have a profession like in the medical or engineering field, or similar, your chances would be very slim.

yeh hospitality always opportunities, but if you are in Sydney im sure you can find a job in Leichardt an Italian suburb with lots of restaurants and bars.

have to totally disagree with the other person. There is a heap of work available over here if you want it. Especially in hospitality. come over, you will get a job for sure.
