Jesus or Satan. I think this should shake your faith.

Sounds like a bunch of religious leaders back in the day (before Jesus, this is old testament stuff people), wanting to make sure their flock didn't wander off the path, decided God had told them if the people didn't stay in line...greasy fire pit. Pass it on. I'm sure the supreme creator of the universe wouldn't resort to mafia-style intimidation to make people obey.

You have actually worded this question wrong. It should read worship me and I'll take you a big greasy fire pit. That is from Satan. Jesus say worship me and I'll give you eternal life in paradise. It's your choice.

It doesn't shake my faith. You misunderstand what God and Christianity is about. That big greasy fire pit in the sky is reserved for unrepentant evildoers--many who we put in prison here on earth. If you live by God's laws, you will not go there much as you won't go to prison if you live by your society's laws. Some people do not worship God but live according to his will and will not go there--that is Biblical.

does not shake my faith because as usual- you have it worng- God never said that-
He gave us the way to stay out of the big greasy fire pit because He does not want us there - you should read what the Bible REALLY says before you open your mouth about it.

Stay out of the Freeway or you will get hit by a truck- gee- does that sound evil?
Don't stick your head in the hot oven- it does not belong there and will only bring you pain- I guess that is evil too.

Worshiping God does not get you into heaven. Only by faith through his Son Jesus Christ who suffered in your place that you may go to heaven.

If you would add that I will take your quilt on myself so you don't have to suffer. I will make you totally clean in a brand new life of Joy, Peace, and happiness.. The I would say Jesus but I don't know who you meant by you negative comments... Jim

It's more like "Hey, you are heading for a big greasy fire pit. Ask me and I'll help to keep you from falling into it!'
