What's the difference between small frame size, medium and large frame size. Do people with large frame size look fatter?

Frame size doesn't really have anything to do with how "fat" you look. I am 5'9" and have small bones and my daughter is 5' 3" but has large bones (like her father) but we are both considered by others to be "skinny". Your frame has to do with your bone structure. The best way I can tell is to look at whether people have small or large wrists...even overweight people will have skinny wrists if they have a small frame.

I'm so confused over this issue that it hurts my head. Basically, I think that the difference in size between and small and large frame is about an inch in circumference, however it can mean a 5lb-10lb difference in weight. HTH : )
