Yes, certainly....
But in many states, the earnings from your national guard pay will be deducted from your benefits, as if you had any other part-time job........
You will have to ask your unemployment benefits office whether or not, and how, to report this pay.......
Personally, I think it should be exempt, but that is not usually the case.....

You can if you are in the IRR, but not if you are actively drilling. If you are an active reservist the Gov considers you employed. If you are inactive that is not the case.
