Just because you admit to not knowing, doesn't mean that other atheists would not have some reasonable thoughts about it.

I haven't mentioned God because I'm sure he doesn't exist.
But there is an energy in life that can't be ignored.

Be careful that you don't get so parinoid that your mind snaps shut like a bear-trap at the mere mention of a soul.

It's not just likely... it's happening! *gasp* RIGHT NOW! And I wouldn't call it "accidental"... but whatever, no need to split hairs I suppose. It's a pretty big hair, though.

It happened, so in this case the probablility was 1. There is no evidence for any discorporate entity that one might call a spirit or soul. Evolution is a proven fact (details on request).

it is not an accidental accumulation but a directional accumulation of accidents.

Evolution is like a series of one-way valves. A valve may be first passed through by accident, but once passed through competitive pressure prevents passing back the other way.
