O.k. for starters find winery offering free tastings, they usually offer some sort of food complimentary. Then check out local bars for happy hour. Check out a local weekly newspaper for interesting free booze offerings. Napa Valley is the place to go for a free drunk fest.

either get yourself over to Prague. you can get a pint for 25p (in the back streets). or go to tesco cause they got cheap cans of bitter and larger that are quite nice.
