Prague, Krakow are both places where it's really cheap to drink. In Krakow, you can buy a bottle of vodka for £5.

O.k. for starters find winery offering free tastings, they usually offer some sort of food complimentary. Then check out local bars for happy hour. Check out a local weekly newspaper for interesting free booze offerings. Napa Valley is the place to go for a free drunk fest.

either get yourself over to Prague. you can get a pint for 25p (in the back streets). or go to tesco cause they got cheap cans of bitter and larger that are quite nice.

It might not be the cheapest place, but I heard Reykjavik is an incredible city to party in!
