I would suggest talking to a plumber for this one. Most places that sell Kohler or American Standard fixtures have access to commercial toilets and flush valves with the "eye" sensor. But, it a much more complicated installation.

Edit - I would like to retorte "Bigg_dogg". He is incorrect, all (not just residential) toilets are regulated at 1.6 gallons per flush. There is no such rule as to where "commercial" style toilets can opperate, since they conform the same federal regulations. But I'm not saying believe me believe Sloan Valves:

This is something you should consider for an auto-flush valve. Sloan is really the best.

And believe Kohler:

Now, these aren't the most astheticly pleasing toilet systems, but you can have one if you want it. I would, of cource, check with local building codes, to be on the safe side.

I just get irritated when a so called "contractor" thinks he knows something, then hits everybody else with negative feedback. Think before you type!!!!!!!!!!!!

u can not install a commercial toilet in a residential bathroom....the federal government only allows x amount of water that can be used by a toilet per flush.....1.8 gals is standard......u can however find a salvage yard and buy old removed toilets, pre 1990 style, and these allow 5 gals per min......and r legal.....
