When you answer the phone...say "Billie Bob's bar & grill...BBQ chicken is our thrill". Just be yourself when you talk to him. Ask him how his day went, what all he did today, ask him what kind of food he likes, talk about music whether it's songs or artists, movies, his goals in life, if he has any pets...how they doing? Does he like the mountains or the water....why? There are plenty of things to talk about. I know it's hard to do, but try to relax and let the conversation flow and let it come naturally.
