i am sure the amount is based upon more info then given here.

if you feel you are paying too much (and the courts do consider what you are capable of making as well), here is a calculator. just click on your state and fill it in.

A temporary order is just that, TEMPORARY. Support was set until the next court date. Provide the information at your hearing and support should be adjusted accordingly. Please bring proof of your income to the child support agency PRIOR to that date so they can review the information or your hearing may be continued at the higher rate.

I work in a law office and can tell you right up front that while laws vary from state to state, the Court of Appeals generally upholds what the lower court did in at least 3 out of 4 cases. You can find out the stats in your own jurisdiction but it's just a fact of life, you have the odds stacked against you anytime you appeal.

Which is not to say that you can't win. It all depends on what issue you present. Why do you think the judge erred? Because you got a one-time bonus and won't earn anything like that this year?

Well, hurdle number #2: most courts require that you appeal from a final judgment and don't like appeal from "temporary orders." After all, the judge can re-adjust support at your final hearing.

Talk to a lawyer in your own jurisdiction.

I totally get your question, according to christian beliefs no amount of good woek will get you to heaven. Only Jesus. Since Gandhi was not a christian, bur hindu then he could not be in heaven according to the christian religion. The god of the christian bible is an absolute monster. I'm glad that religion is complete B...Sh.. I totally agree that Gandhi is a much better role model than the Christian god. He makes Jesus Christ look like Joseph Stalen
