I weigh 150 and am 5 ft 5 in and want to weigh 120. My doctor says I am normal but I want to weigh less so I feel better about myself. I wear an 11 in jeans. I would like to be a 4 or 5.

No magic pill- just an excellent resource for you to use. Become a member for free- many wonderful tools. (and may I say once again, FREE) It can even calculate how long it will take you to lose down to 120. Good luck! YOU CAN DO IT! Remember, it is all about consistency and small changes.

I've search the web too, but found that everyone is out to make money.Best way to loose weight is start out by taking digestive
enzymes with your meal. You can get these at you local Health store. 2nd eat a big healthy breakfast.Try to eat organic.Non organic food has too much chimicals that make us fat.
3rd drink at least 80 to 100 oz of water.This will help flush out the toxins.
4th make sure you walk nonstop for 1hr.
5th stop eating after 7:00 pm.

120 sounds a little bit low for your height... also depends on how you're built. You might want to search for a "BMI Calculator" to see what a good weight range for you would be. I still haven't found a GOOD, free online diet plan.

Use more energy than you consume. If you consume too much energy your body will store it as reserves (fat). If you use more energy than you consume each day, your reserves will be used. I

PS: I don't really know the American sizings but don't go anoriexic on us!
