Christianity stole many things from other religions and called it original. For example, the Celts were using the cross long before the Crucifixion.

Christianity also demonized the old Gods. Poseidon's trident became the devil's pitchfork. Pan's horn's became devilish. Lucifer, God of the Morning Star, now has a bad reputation thanks to a misinterpretation.

Not only this, but they desecrated the old temples. Notre Dame sits on a temple to Cernunnos.

Then they go and complain about being harrassed. :-)

sure. Many. Jesus taught most of the same issues Buddha stated 500 years before. Christianity preaches salvation the position Buddhism preaches a existence-form. you'd be a buddhist and also be a christian notwithstanding that is difficult to be a christian and a buddhist. the fundamentals of love, compassion and proper ideas and moves are the same.

This is an outrage! How dare you say such things! And what do you mean he transfigured? Is this a word made up by you to confuse the illiterate such as myself??

Surely Christians are feeling righteous indignation upon reading your scandalous question, which is not even a question. And half of the names are phony. You must be a troll!

You know this is a lie and you are a deceiver, but you did get the false gods down. Where are the false goddesses? For instance, Tammuz was the son of Nimrod and that old evil Queen Semiramus who spawned these gods and goddesses of evil and deception.

Can you document this? I suspect you are prevaricating. Perhaps you are an indolent atheist and an aephous one too, and want to sow discord...

By the way you left one out. You left out Hairwire. You left out the God Hairwire; and as far as I can determine, he did not resurrect on the third day. It was more than six weeks.

Now you got all these innocent Yahoo people swallowing your story hook line and sinker, and I have a notion to report you.

Thats a nice piece of fiction you got there. Even if a couple of those show similiarities, it doesnt begin to prove your point. But do me a favor, hold that until your dying day and see if that helps in your defense on why you didnt do what Jesus says on Judgment Day!

You didn't cite a source so I assume you are the source. I could comment on nuclear physics here but I refrain because I wouldn't know what I was talking about.
