Yea...it should be really slick and smooth. Make sure you use a good brush (like...a boar bristle brush) and wrap it close to your head, like a honeycomb.
It definately worked, because the ends of my hair used to bush up, no matter what I did to them. Using a little setting/hair lotion before wrapping helps too.

I used to have frizzy hair, the girl that cuts my hair now, has gotten me into the routine of using only salon products for my hair. And keeping your hair trimmed every 4-6 weeks helps immensely. Sometimes living in a environment where there is a lot of moisture like the coast won't tame the frizzes.

What are you planning on wrapping it in? I would suggest simply using an anti frizz shampoo. A shampoo and conditioner, leave the conditioner on your hair for like 3-5 minutes.

yes, i wrap my hair up at night cuz in the morning it will be smooth out. and easier to handle.

Depends on what you wrap it in... If it`s in something like silk, yes... You cold also try getting a silk cover for your pillow... :-)
