Also, what kind of a God, that is supposedly all good, or even good in the least, would hold, a "supposed" mistake that two people (Adam and Eve) made (eating apple) against the rest of the world forever? Obviously God is challenged in forgiving and holds a grudge forever. The biblical God actually makes Satan look like a hero, since Satan never mass murdered as God did (see bible for reference). Satan never sent down/up a set of rules (10 commandments) and the breaks them, like God has done throughout the bible, etc.

Mel: interesting that before Christ you could not be forgiven for your sins, hence you could not enter heaven. So God, the perfect being, made something that was not perfect, because obviously he needed to send in one of his employees to fix the problem. Hmmmm......seems a little bit like God couldn't fix his way out of a wet paper bag.

Hand of Justice21: How did WE disobey God? I was not there, hence why should I pay for the mistakes of someone else? A kind God would realize that, a sadistic God would punish everyone for eternity for two people's mistake.

I never understood why an all-loving God dies for the sins of mankind, but says you don't count if you don't kiss his ***, and plus you can still be punished for your sins.
Dang.

First the original sin was well before Jesus Christ. In the old Testament, after sin entered the world, priests could make a sacrifice on your behalf and you would passover to another place, not heaven. You couldn't be "forgiven" of your sins before Jesus died.
Second the reason Christ came in the first place was exactly to replace the above statement. So EVERYONE could go to heaven and the former that died would "passover" to heaven, thus the PASSOVER.
Thirdly, He didn't make any mistakes. Sin entered simply for two reasons: 1, Adam and Eve disobeyed and 2, their eyes were open to the knowledge of good and evil. They knew no better in other words.
Satan isn't a hero, he is a smart fallen angel. He knows the rules in the spiritual realm to which we do not. We need to learn them. He and every being that went with him, hate humans. They are jealous of how much God loves his creation. They (Satan and his demons) know how to "get" God and that is to now take as many of his children (us) as he can to hell with him.
God Bless

Jesus didnt die to literally take the sins of the world away, but to offer forgiveness for those sins. Sin and original sin (for those who believe in it) remain, the only difference is there is a universal way to be forgiven for it! JESUS.
Actually if you blame the sin in the garden on Satan, then he is responsible for every human being thats ever died as well as death itself!
Dont blame God because WE disobeyed. And look around, in case you havent noticed, humanity is very EVIL and we deserve this cursed life but God doesnt deserve the curses youre slinging at him. Instead of mocking him and falling into his wrath, try worshipping him and falling into his mercy!

God works by order and has established laws to govern the universe, from science down to morality. This should make sense to rational minds. I do not believe that men are punished for Adam's sins, but I believe they are punished for their own transgressions. Christ died to take away sins IF we repent. His did erase one effect of the fall, which is . Because Christ died and was resurrected, so will we all be resurrected, no matter what. (1 Cor chapter 15)

.We are born into original sin, but that isn't the sin that determines your salvation. Children are alive to God but just like Adam and Eve when they come to the age where they know the difference between good and evil they need to make a choice about Jesus. God doesn't hold a grudge, that is why He sent His Son to die for you. Man makes choices and man has to stop blaming God and be responsible for those choices.

They are two different issues. It is possible to believe cows exist, and also believe horses exist.
Adam and Eve did not "make a mistake", they disobeyed God and that is called sin, not a mistake.
Christ came to deliver us from sin. Follow Satan if you wish, but Christians will continue to worship Christ.

Check your theology - you are talking about a doctrine that was invented in the 6th century, and which has never been believed in many of the world's oldest and largest denominations.
