I am registered to gym for 1 year but I only went 4 months and now is almost a month and i dont go anymore i bored to go there. what can I do to maintain my motivation?

I guess you should be asking yourself that question. How healthy are you? Are you where you want to be and feel comfortable with yourself? If not, I suggest you really dig down deep inside and realize how bad you really want to improve yourself and use that as your motivation. If you're just bored with the gym, bring a friend! Find someone else who has the same goals you have and take them with you, but make sure they're dedicated to it. I workout with an Ipod and I use the music to motivate me and push me just a little harder. I hope some of this helps you and I hope you get to where you want to be!
