How do people survive the cold, 42 degrees without wearing
a down coat and or cashmere coat in the streets? Seeing alot of people just wearing a thin coat without any scarf or hat.

Yeah, thats a singles and dating question...
Uh maybe they are ACCLIMATED...Perhaps they are from ALASKA, then again 42 degrees is not that COLD, so HMMM...
I mean like 32 is freezing, so 42 is not bad unless you are from a tropical region, or desert region, where it is like 90 to 100 all the time, then 42 would feel like BELOW ZERO I Suppose, but if you are used to the cold, 42 is NOTHING...
ACCLIMATED, that is your answer...

Sorry there, Martha Stewart!!! Perhaps some people are used to, or even enjoy the cold weather. 42 degrees is nothing. Try skiing at the top of Whistler/Blackcomb (BC, Canada) at -10!!!!!

Maybe these people dont have the money to buy these expensive type of coats. If you see this, and the same people, why not ask if they want to go try some coats on, cause your buying.
