Oh my gosh. Do not listen to the last answer. Your dog does not have aides. This is a natural process in aging. When dogs age, they will get little brown spots on the whites of their eyes. It almost looks like a caramel colored stain. If your dog is over three years old it is most likely that. If the brown spot starts spreading into the pupil, or looks like it is merging or bonding to the pupil, or getting larger very rapidly, then take your dog to the vet to get it checked out. Just to be safe. It could be an infection, especially if it is in just one of the eyes. But like I originally said, if they are little brown dots on the whites of both the eyes, then it is aging spots. Very natural. Good luck! I hope this helped.

See a doctor. ASAP. I had one when I was 16. Looked like a little freckle. Turned out to be a benign melanoma due to looking at the water while lifeguarding. They had to cut it out. Not cancerous, thank God, but it can be. You can get cancer in the eye. MAke a doctors appointment and have it examined by a professional.
