I'm 13 and I weigh 119 pounds........Can you tell me some ways to lose weight? Thanks............

You don't want to be to thin. Just eat heathy and keep exercising and things will be good.

Don't go on a diet., You can ruin your health.

We need to know how tall you are, your activity level, and things of that sort.

To lose weight, eat healthily and incorpporate at least 30 minutes of physical activity into your day. Cardio excersises are escpecially important.

Depending on your height, you may not need to lose any weight. Considering your age, you should just be more active and play sports, etc.

Uhh you are NOT fat I know i am a boy and kinda muscled up but I am 14 and I wheigh 150-160 pounds so you arent fat at all

sweetie listen to ,me you are 13 , and no you do not , you are going to mess up your body if you try this and it could make it harder to loose when you get older, also your size is fine enjoy it
