well my bf and i had a stupid fight before he left on a skiing trip with some friends. i went to his work to tell him goodbye but he ignored me so i just left. he called me that night saying sorry and i pretty much said whatever and hung up. then he called me in the morning before he left and told me that he had no minutes on his phone and asked me to please call him when i got off work. well i called him and he didnt answer. and he texted me from a friends phone and said he missed me and to please call him. well i havent called him because im still kind of mad at him. he'll be home in 3 days. and i REALLY want to call him but im not. im not sure why.. i guess i just want him to miss me. i know it sounds dumb. but today was our one year anniversary (dating wise) and im kind of mad he missed it to go skiing.
should i just call him?
do i have a reason to be mad at him?

If you let things that are important to you slide, like missing 1yr anniversarys this early on, it will only get worse as the relationship progresses. Its too bad you had a fight before he left instead of discussing how you would celebrate your anniversary when he got back. Now your mad about more than one thing. Pick what is most important and deal with it. When he returns, tell him your glad he got to spend time with his friends, that you missed him and you would like to do something special to celebrate your year together. Kiss and make up and celebrate a new start.

It's not unheard of for a guy to have an argument before going away on a break so he can behave like a single guy whilst he's away. I hope that's not the case here, but he does seem to be treating you badly. Ignoring you, not answering your calls. However much you want to don't call him. Let him work hard to make amends before deciding whether you really want to continue in a relationship with someone who treats you this way.

You need to call him and you and him need to make up. Never let the sun go down when you're angry with your boyfriend or husband. If you get into a fight....then sit down and talk about it. The way you're playing now, he may assume that you and him are broken up....and he may go looking elsewhere. Best of luck to you.

yes and no...of course you should be mad if he missed your one year anniversary, but at the same time maybe this was his only opportunity to go skiing...it's not like you can't celebrate when he comes back...
