What's the best Birthday gift for a guy after 3weeks of dating?

I am dating this guy for 3 weeks and he's really nice to me. I want to get something for his Birthday but I have no idea what can be the best gift for a guy you are just dating?????Nothing too much or too less :)

A nice leather belt. I have one from an ex that I still wear and I know who it is from but no one ever asks me who got it for me.

A little SNAP ON tool set or something like that if the hands on kind of guy. A nice bottle of cologne or something like that would please the both of you. Good luck.
