Well idk.. but on the back of the special k box, it says you can lose 6 inches in 2 weeks by following the program. I'll give you the link to their website :) good luck.

You eat healthy, eat 5 -6 small meals a day.

Cardio, and weight lift.

Do sit-ups. Cut down on carories. That'll do it.

u need to do lot of cardio ... and control a lotta on your meals ... thats the best solution ...
