What keeps me motivated? *results*
So I started training by playing by the rules for a couple of weeks... I saw results right away, and then I want to improve them.
It's a battle against myself... I couldn't care less about what others think of me, or what i think of others. All that counts is what *you* think about *yourself*.

PS: I'm sure you'll make it... I've seen you posting so many questions... that tells me you are serious about what you want (even though you might slack at times). I can be your training buddy if you need one ;)

What keeps me motivated is - Do a workout that you can actually stick to. Don't put yourself on a program that you hate or a diet plan that is unrealistic. Start slow and build up slowly. That is the key!
I have myself on a portion control diet and I do a moderate excercise routine three days a week PLUS I use my vibration exercise machine fo 10 minutes everyday. What I really love about vibration exercise is that is is easy and fun. I do it while I watch TV in my living room. If you have not checked it out, DO!

Usually if you are part of a team, they help to motivate you. Like I am on a cheerleading team, and as much as I hate to run or do pushups, for the good of the team, I do it anyway.

just do something you enjoy and it will come real easy,like if running isnt your thing try tybo (a work out video) or riding a bike
