I personally like a nice full B cup or a C cup but I'm really not a big breast guy, I like other parts better.

Im in the minority, but i prefer them smaller. B/C size. (or A's if they look alright)
Seriously though, it all depends on the rest of the body, shoulders, and height.
For example, I have a friend whos 4'9 with 50E breasts, or whatever 50 is ;) (Triple D? Hell im a guy, i dont know how sizing works, i just know its 50) To me, not sexy, i swear she'll topple over one of these days.
Proportion is my preference, with a strong leaning towards smaller than average.

Honestly, i prefer women with larger breasts but i do not discriminate. i think women are beautiful no matter what size they are.
