Eat less and excersize more but if you don't keep it up after the week and 3 days is over, you're just going to gain it all back. Good luck!

Drink alot of water all day everyday, Eat protein based meals, hit the gym 5 days a week with 2 days off....no more than an hour each time you go to the gym. Whatever you do, don't take any of those weight loss pills

Do 2 hrs. of exercise a day and eat well. Inbetween meals have a piece of fruit so your matabolism doesnt slow down so you lose weight the fast and easy way.

you have to drink in the morning like breakfast : you have to put in the blender milk, banana, ice and a little powder slim fast or whatever substitute meals powder and for lunch you have to eat a small chicken salad, and for supper again the blender staff and a bowl of cereal. at least for a week and you have to do a lot of exercise.
