Look up omega fatty acids (6 and 3). These are the building blocks of the brain and you can find it in fish and flax seeds. Very important - eat fish atleast once a week... and throw some flax seeds in your breakfast cereal. It's the start to a better brain.

Read....and read a lot of different things. You will improve your memory and vocabulary as well as your background knowledge on various topics. You'll make new connections between different part of your brain and activate areas that have been dormant.
