This question has plagued us beer lovers forever and if your not from europe and like an ice cold beer here is what you do in a pinch... Youll need ice, water and some salt. Place the ice, salt, water and beer in a closed container. Amount dosent so much matter but use about a cup or two of salt wth enough water to cover ice and place the warm beer in. About 5-10 minutes later cold beer...mmmmmmmmmmmmm

Beer should not be drank ice cold...unless it's cheap beer and you want to hide how bad it tastes. Adding ice only dilutes it, and most beers are watery enough.

Eew.
I think Man Law's gonna come down against you on that one.
A real man would have drunk it at room temperature, or used his brains and his freezer to get it to a more palatable temperature in a hurry.
In England they prefer beer at room temperature, so I think you're goona lose either way.
