Lent begins Wednesday, February 21, 2007 and ends Sunday, April 08, 2007 this year. Please tell me that this is what you were talking about:)
To give you a heads up- it is earlier next year Feb. 6, 2008- March 23, 2008. To give you a generalization- it runs Ash Wednesday to Easter:)

Lint starts when you commence to scratch your belly button, and especailly if you happen to be crawling around under the bed at the same time.
Lint is pernicious.
Lint starts and it forms in places where you would rather not have it. Like I say, lint is pernicious.

When your clothes get a little older usually new clothes dont have lint also when you put clothes in the dryer that's why you have to clean the lint trap

"Lint" begins the moment you transfer your clothes from the washer to the dryer.
"Lent" begins the day immediately following "fat Tuesday", the climax of Mardi Gras. This year, Mardi Gras ends the night of February 20, and Lent begins the day after.
