2/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1 14 oz. can artichoke hearts
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon pimiento peppers, chopped
2 tablespoons green onion, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Grease a medium sized casserole dish or spray with olive oil spray.
Combine cheese, mayonnaise and whipping cream. Put garlic clove through a garlic process and stir in.
Drain and chop artichokes and stir in along with the pimientos, onions, red pepper flakes, olive oil and lemon juice.
Bake 25 minutes or until golden.
AND
CREAMY THAI DIP
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Makes ¾ cup.
Variation: For "Oriental Dip," omit peanut butter.

To dip one artichoke here's one that I love:
Put 5 tablespoons of olive oil.
3 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
Salt and ground plack pepper.
If you want to add more flavor, you can use some dry oregano and cumin. It taste so good.

We've always used a lemon garlic ailoli. There's no clear cut recipe, just to taste. I little zest in there adds a nice kick.

I always used melted butter and lawry's seasoned salt. Not very unusual I guess but tasty.
