I am on a diet and do not want to use any calories on drinks, besides water and milk, what is a good choice? I hear juice drinks are all sugar and I hear crystal light is not at all healthy. Please help!

I like drinking grapefruit juice. I'm too lazy to squeeze it myself, so I buy the 100% juice (no sugar added) kind in the store. It's healthier than most other fruit juices and it has all kinds of vitamins and added health benefits, even it won't directly help you lose weight. Can't drink it if you're taking heart meds, though.

I love drinking Fruit-2-0 (a flavored water drink). I hear it's very healthy and it tastes good too. I don't like diet soda because I find that it tastes strange, not like regular soda. Juice drinks are also healthy because they have a lot of vitamins, but they are not good substitutes for actual fruits.

I have found that flavored carbonated water is the best option. It gives you the fizz of a soda and the taste of a juice drink. Aquafina grape is the best.
