Thought it was the city of shite. I can see 12 dog turds from my window, left by the animals of my nice, socially-conscious, friendly, foreigner-loving neighbours.

City of Light
In the past, walk at night was pretty dangerous over there. Thus, Paris was the first european city to have lights during the night to avoid criminality.

City of Light.

Another sobriquet for Paris is 'The City of Light' (La Ville-lumière), owing to its early adoption of street-lighting.

Hello ValGal- I tried to email you a response about self-publishing (this is Earl_the_troll aka Kewte_Kewpie) but it didn't allow me reply to your message! I have some more information about publishing if you want to get back to me. Better than the self-publishing (I think!) I would cut out the self-publisher and just deal directly with the printhouse. If you want more info, contact me. It's late and I"m going to hit the hay now. take care!
sorry about no answer for this question!
