Cats are susceptible to upper respriatory infections that often require antibiotics in order to heal them. Also, it's a sign of feline herpes. Give your vet a call.

I rescued my cat from a cat house, he wasn't taken care of (obviously) and was living outside in the cold in winter. When I found him, he had very watery crusty eyes, and a runny nose, and sneezy, and even sounded sniffly. I took him to the vet because I wanted to nurse him back to health since he was nearly dead when I got him, and then put him up for adoption (I ended up keeping him because I got so attached). Well anyway, long story short... what he had was upper respiratory infection. It's contagious, and it's very common in kittens. I had to treat him for it twice before it went away, and it never came back. My other cats didn't get it thankfully, but about a year later one of my other cats gave birth to a litter of kittens, and those kittens all had runny eyes. It went away on its own. If it's not serious I would just wait a couple of days to see if it gets better, just keep wiping the gunk away from their eyes as it is probably uncomfortable. If it looks kinda serious, then take them to the vet and the vet will put them on medicine which will clear it up in about a week or so.

I have 2 cats that have just had the same symptoms. I took them to the vet and they were given antibiotics. It is more than likely a URI (upper respiratory infection). If the eye discharge is clear the infection probably hasn't gotten bad yet.
Best bet, take them to the vet.

It sounds like a cold or upper respiratory infection. It is hard to get rid of. I have been giving my cats antibiotics and just as you think it's gone it comes back again.
If you have more than one cat it is highly contagious. You definitely need to go to vet and get antibiotics though.
I had one cat get so bad that she had to stay at the vet for a few days. she was highly dehydrated.
sometimes it clears on it's own, but sometimes it doesn't and your cats can end up with pneumonia.

It could be anything really, from Feline herpes virus (not transmitted to humans), a cold or feline distemper. It could also be allergies but that is unlikely since all 3 of your cats are experiencing the same symptoms. Ultimately, I would take them to the vet and get them checked out. I would also monitor their eating and drinking. If you notice they stop eating/drinking and can't get them to a vet right away, start force feeding them by putting SMALL pieces of high energy foods in their mouth (such as fatty tuna or something of the sort) as though you were giving them a pill. If they stop drinking you need to get them to a vet immediately!!!
Hope everything works out ok!!!

Sounds like URI (upper respiratory infection). Go to the vet so they can give you the proper antibiotics. This can be dangerous if left untreated. And it is very contagious among cats, so as long as one of them has it, the other two are vulnerable to getting it again.

if their eyes are "weepy" already, then I think they have some kind of upper respiratory infection. You need to take the cats to a vet for antibiotics.

It may be something as simple as a cold. I would not worry too much as long as they are eating, drinking, and bathrooming ok. If it goes on for a week or more call a vet. They may need antibiotics.
