Stupid qyestion, but i need to know for a movie i'm planning. So, does any one know?

it was invented just after the second world war.

the bloke who invented instant snacks, Momofuku Ando, died on jan 5th

Momofuku Ando at the Nissin Food Product launched them in 1958.
(So After WW2)

He first came up with the idea for the instant noodle snack in the face of the huge food shortages after the Second World War.

He just passed away. (He was 96)

There was no fast avaiable during WW2 except fpr fish and Chips. There were very few frdges or freezers as well, only used by restaurants or hotels.mainly.

No - they were invented after WWII, pot noodle hitting the shelves in 1971. The inventor recently died.

Pot noodle was first sold in shops in 1978.

So no, although they may have been served something quite similar.

Yes, 'Pot Noodle' is still around, but nowadays the phrase is 'Pothead'.
