I don't know how safe it is but I am on a low carb diet. I am reading the book Sugar Busters! and I have lost 8 pounds so far in 2 weeks. And I eat about 7 or 8 times a day. Something to concider. Good luck

Well, the only way to truly lose weight is to eat around 1200 calories a day and exercise. You should be eating a balanced diet no matter what you do; everything in moderation! What you're doing IS safe... veggies are awesome! Just make sure you get some sort of protein each day.

I am not an expert at dieting and what is safe or not, but it sounds perfectly safe to me. All I would tell you is maybe take a vitamin to ensure that you are getting all the minerals you need daily. Also make sure you are drinking enough water and milk too. Or instead of milk take calcium pills because alot of vitamins don't include calcium .. or enough calcium at least.

its a safe diet because the vegetables are covering what you've eaten. Don't worry, the big breakfast will soon digest, and so would the vegetables. =]

veggies have minerals but you need vitamins to help obsorbe them so eat fruit too
