I am 5'5 and 123 lbs. is that too much?
Well i think it is..how can I lose weight?

no..your weight is just right for your height...ur Body Mass Index is 21-22 which is normal..
diet and exercise if you still wanna shed 5 lbs.

Your BMI is about is 21. 19 to 24 is normal. So you can be fatter or thinner and still be normal, But ideal weight is around 110.

No, that is not too much to weigh for your height but, in answer to your question on how to lose a little weight. Cut out your salt intake for a few days.

eat what u want and set your self a time limit to not eat for example me im on a diet i eat what i want before 6:00 and i dont eat to the where im extremely full i just eat when i think ima get full after 6:00 i eat nothing try drinking water, and try eating yogurts, fruits and ull prolly lose 3pound in a week i lost 4 in a week hope it works

You actually should not loose weight because it is fine. If you loose 5 pounds then you will probably look too thin. Your BMI is 20.5, which is healthy!

eat fruits,vetgetbles and exersize a lot!
