Did you do absolutely no research before you got the pup? Jack Russells are known to be high strung, and it looks like your pup is no different. If he isn't fixed yet, get him clipped! Then invest in a professional trainer to help you with him. And next time you get a dog, research the breed, so you know what to expect!

You could take him out for a few extra walks, mayeb you could make a fake arm out of a pole and bed sheets, and let him bite it until he's bored of biting. There are herbal remedies available, go to your local pet shop or veterinary nurse for a chat they'll be able to discuss the situation and give you the best personal advice.

Getting him castrated will probably calm him down. If he had sight problems he wouldn't react to visual things & would bump into stuff etc. Sounds more like he needs training & perhaps some more exercise. Jack russells were used as working dogs for catching rats, rabbits etc so they need a lot of exercise

Take him to a vet. He probably needs proper training/ behaviour classes. My guess is you never had a dog before? Get professional advice.

you need to take him to the vet immediatly. if they cannot find a problem then you need to contact a behavioral trainer before your pup hurts someone.

Why don't Morons find a room somewhere and put themselves out of their misery. A person is trying to get help and they come on here and make stupid comments. Thanks morons for the thumbs down you just proved my point.
