are you just curious what other people are getting or are you trying to figure out what you might get?

every student's situation is different. there are lots of factors considered on the FAFSA - from things like how many people live in your household, how many kids are in college in your household, to things like whether or not you're living on campus...

if you are just curious, based on my FAFSA application, i was eligible for a state grant ($600), a foundation scholarship from my school ($1500), and a subsidized student loan ($2625). those three figures were added together then subtracted from my school's cost of attendance, and the amount that was leftover was available to me in the form of a PLUS loan (which is a student loan my parents could apply for). it was a long time ago, so i don't remember how much that was.

the money is allotted on your college, and if there is any left after instructions is paid, it truly is allotted on your economic agency account (in case you ascertain your archives via your college) or mailed to you (it is going to take a lot longer) sometime close to the starting up of instructions.
