I am 13 years old. I am a girl. I am 5 foot 3 inches tall. I weigh 106 pounds. My friends say that I am anorexic because I am so skinny. They say this because my ribs kind of stick out. I am not anorexic by the way.

Your BMI is 18.8, which is at the very low end but still in the healthy range.
If your ribs stick out then you need to gain about 6-10 pounds, especially since your friends think you look too thin. I would trust your Friends and if they think you need to gain weight to look better then you should. Good luck! :D

I weighed 99 pounds for 5 foot 4 inches when I was your age. And I wasn't anorexic, although many people thought I was.
Actually I ate more than anybody in my family at that time. I just have a fast metabolism.

You will gain weight gradually as you get older. Don't worry!
I'm 23 years old now, and 20 pounds bigger, without changing anything in my eating habits.

I think you are fine. I am the same height and just about the same weight. I think you are lucky that you are not fat or too skinny. I think your friends are rude they should not tell you that you are anorexic. I sorry about dissing them but anorexia is a disease and I had friends how constanly told me I was anorexic and it really hurt. I would not worry about what people say they probably are just jealous that you are skinny and they are bigger than you.

Don't gain weight!! My sister is as tall as you and weighs 100 pounds. You are exactly where you should be. Look at weight charts on the internet. And besides, you're young still. Don't let your friends influence you like that.
