Yellow - that could be trich.

See a doctor or go to a family planning clinic. You need to be examined and you need to have a prescription written for trich and for many other problems that could manifest as a vaginal discharge. Don't make excuses here. Don't argue the point, and don't delay the visit. Some vaginal discharges can be symptoms of illnesses that can make you sterile.

A culture would have to be done of the discharge in order to pin point the type of infection. Most times you'd probably either get a vaginal exam, some antibiotics, or a UA. But again, these are just a few options.

Whatever it is, DO NOT SELF DIAGNOSE. It can be as simple as a bacterial infection that can go away with antibiotics or very serious and the only way to tell, and the wisest thing to do is get checked by a doctor. The sooner it is treated/cured the better/easier the treatment/recovery is going to be.

As the other lady said - make an appointment to see your doctor and don't try to diagnose yourself.

There may be no problem at all, but it pays to get it checked out.

Sounds like trichomoniasis, especially if it has a bad smell. You'll need antibiotics for it if it is and for that, you'll need to see your GP. Either way you'd need to see your GP for a problem like that.
